In the past several months I had purchased 2 different phones for the hearing impaired and returned both of them because of the lack of clarity which is just as important as the volume. I came accross your web sight and was impressed with the Ampli500. I ordered the phone and received it in a few days and was anxious to try it. I was amazed from the very start at all the volume and especially the clarity of the handset and the speaker. It has exceeded my expectations. After a few days of use it was like I had it for months because of the ease of operation. In the past I had to hang up on many calls because I could not understand what they were saying. At this point I have completed many calls and can truthfully say I understood everyone. I no longer have to hate when the telephone rings and look forward to answering it, thanks to the Ampli500 which is well worth the price. Thanks again.
