Rotating Banners - Located on the Home Page, these banners will direct you to new products or anything we feel that you need to know about our company or website!

Online Customer Service - If you have a question while you're on our website, simply request a chat through Live Help or send us an email!

 

Text Resizer Tool - Located in the Website Tools box, this tool allows low vision individuals to adjust the size of the text on their computer screen. It is represented by a a small letter  and a big letter .  

Accessible Website - We strive to make our website accessible to all. If you use a computer screen reader, you may find the Access Shortcuts and the Skip Navigation link particularly helpful. Most of our visual and audio content has been coded for enhanced accessibility.

Find an Audiologist - Key in your ZIP code and quickly find the nearest audiologist(s) or hearing aid dispenser(s). For Arizona residents only. Click the ear icon in the Website Tools box.

Currency Converter - converts US dollars into most world currencies. Designed with the international shopper in mind, this feature is available in most product pages and is represented by a money bag with a dollar sign.
 

Language Translation - Our website is currently offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Simply click the appropriate flag on the top right hand corner to access translation.
 

Secure Shopping - We provide a secure shopping environment through a 128/256 bit encryption SSL Secured Certificate by Digicert. This means nobody can see your personal information (such as your credit card number) while in our shopping cart. For your security we do not store credit card information on our website.
