The Pocketalker Ultra provides up to 44dB sound amplification. The Pocketalker Ultra has a new design and includes all the features of the Pocketalker Pro. The included AAA batteries provide nearly 100 hours of typical usage; the red light on the top panel flashes when the battery is low.

Separate tone and volume controls are located on the outside of the case for easy adjustments to your hearing needs. The Pocketalker Ultra includes a sensitive microphone, a compact amplifier with volume control, and an extension cord for the TV. You have a choice of several earpiece options (sold separately) to deliver full range, high quality sound. They are: the mini earbud, dual mini earbud, wide range earphone, surround earphone (which hang on the outside of the ear), deluxe headset, and behind-the-head headset.
